The invention discloses a building module and a modular building. The building module comprises a module body and a stair module. The stair module comprises a bearing main body, a first stair section and a rotating stair section; the bearing main body is arranged in the module body and comprises a bearing stand column, a lower cross beam and an upper cross beam, wherein the lower cross beam and the upper cross beam are roughly perpendicular to the bearing stand column, extend in different directions relative to the bearing stand column and are connected to the module body; the top end and the bottom end of the first stair section are connected to the lower cross beam and the module body correspondingly; and the rotating stair section is connected to the bearing stand column and the module body in the horizontal direction and located between the lower cross beam and the upper cross beam in the vertical direction. According to the building module, the bearing main body, the first stair section and the rotating stair section of the stair module can be arranged in the module body, when the building module is used for assembling the modular building, the workload of field installation can be effectively reduced, the assembling procedure of the modular building is simplified, the assembling construction period is shortened, the assembling efficiency is improved, and cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种建筑模块和模块化建筑。建筑模块包括模块本体和楼梯模块。楼梯模块包括承载主体、第一梯段和旋转梯段;承载主体设置在模块本体内,包括承载立柱和与承载立柱大致垂直设置的下横梁和上横梁,且下横梁和上横梁相对于承载立柱沿不同方向延伸,并连接至模块本体;第一梯段的顶端和底端分别连接至下横梁和模块本体;旋转梯段沿水平方向连接至承载立柱和模块本体,且在竖直方向上位于下横梁和上横梁之间。根据本发明的建筑模块,能够将楼梯模块的承载主体、第一梯段和旋转梯段设置在模块本体内,在利用建筑模块组装模块化建筑时,能够有效减小现场安装的工作量,简化模块化建筑的组装工序,缩短组装工期,提高组装效率,并降低成本。
