The invention discloses a dewatering well construction device and a construction method thereof. The device comprises a movable drilling platform, wherein a moving mechanism is arranged at the bottomof the movable drilling platform, hydraulic supports are arranged on the periphery of the movable drilling platform, a leveling limiting frame is arranged on the front portion of the movable drillingplatform, a winch is arranged on the rear portion of the movable drilling platform, the leveling limiting frame comprises vertical supports located on the two sides, a cross beam located on the top and a workbench located at the bottom, the vertical supports are connected with an inclined strut hydraulic rod and a horizontal hydraulic rod on the movable drilling platform, a steel rope on the winchbypasses the cross beam and then is downwards provided with a lifting hook, a mud pump of a drilling machine can be hung on the lifting hook, a through hole is formed in the position, below the lifting hook, on the workbench, a pair of oppositely-opened baffles are installed on the through hole, when the two baffles are opened, a downcomer of the drilling machine can penetrate through the throughhole, when the two baffles are closed and fixed, a limiting hole is defined by edge notches of the two baffles, and the inner diameter of the limiting hole is slightly larger than the working outer diameter of the downcomer and smaller than the outer diameter of a downcomer connector. The device is convenient to transfer, stable in well drilling, low in site flatness requirement, capable of shortening the construction period and high in hole forming quality.
