The limiting wing is formed at one end of the body along the width direction; when the first lock body and the second lock body are combined, the inserting and sealing piece penetrates through the first lock body and is inserted into the second lock body, at the moment, a containing space is formed between the inserting and sealing piece and the limiting clamping structure, and the locking and sealing device is in a locking andsealing state; when the limiting wing is separated from the body, the boosting slope pushes the body to move forwards, and when the pushing force is withdrawn from the hand pushing rod, the elastic connecting piece pulls the hand pushing rod back to the initial position.
