Concrete composite box girder overall prefabricated wall guardrail construction method
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, in particular to a concrete composite box girder overall prefabricated wall guardrail construction method. The method comprises thesteps that a boundary beam formwork is installed, and steel bars are bound; an embedded part is arranged, and concrete is poured and shaped; a temporary support is arranged below a flank marginal plate of a boundary beam guardrail; the guardrail is prefabricated; a counterweight beam is mounted; an overall prefabricated box girder is transported to a bridge and erected, the counterweight beam isremoved after a rigid crossbeam is mounted in a rigid crossbeam embedded part, and pouring on cross diaphragms and wet joints of a boundary beam and a middle beam is performed; and after the strengthof the cross diaphragms and the wet joints meets a requirement, the rigid crossbeam is removed, and guardrail construction is completed. According to the method, through prefabrication of the boundarybeam and the guardrail, overall prefabrication work of the boundary beam is completed in a factory, only erection connection work is needed on site, and therefore the construction efficiency of the guardrail is improved; and through overall prefabrication of the guardrail, after box girder erection is completed, overall linearity of the guardrail is more attractive, and overall strength is guaranteed.
本发明涉及桥梁施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种混凝土组合箱梁整体预制墙式护栏施工方法,包括以下步骤:安装边梁模板并绑扎钢筋;设置预埋件,混凝土浇筑成型;布置临时支架于边梁护栏侧翼缘板下;预制护栏;安装配重梁;运输整体预制箱梁至桥位处进行架设,安装刚性横梁于所述刚性横梁预埋件后解除配重梁,进行边梁和中梁的横隔梁、湿接缝浇筑;待横隔梁及湿接缝强度满足要求后,解除刚性横梁,护栏施工完成。本发明通过边梁与护栏的预制,在工厂即完成了边梁的整体预制工作,现场仅需架设连接工作,提高护栏的施工效率;通过护栏的整体预制,使得箱梁架设完成后,护栏的整体线性更加美观,整体强度得到了保证。
