Anti-crack recycled concrete and manufacturing method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete, and particularly relates to anti-crack recycled concrete. The anti-crack recycled concrete is prepared from 30 parts of slag cement, 30 partsof coal ash, 12 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 8 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 6 parts of sodium silicate mineral powder, 6 parts of calcium silicate mineral powder and 8 parts of a recycledcementing mixture. The recycled cementing mixture can improve the mutual bonding and mixing effects between the recycled coarse aggregate and the cement and between the recycled fine aggregate and thecement, so that the fission resistance and the pressure resistance of the recycled concrete are improved; and meanwhile, the recycled cementing mixture can improve the efficient utilization of wastesand reduce the waste of resources. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the anti-crack recycled concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, extracting aggregate; S2, preparing gel; S3, hydrating silicon salt; S4, preparing slurry; and S5, mixing and preparing. The phenomenon that the surface or the interior of the untreated recycled coarse aggregate contains a large amount of micro powder, so that the contact between the recycled coarse aggregate and slurry is poor integrally is prevented.
