SBS rubber powder modified asphalt, preparation method and pavement construction method thereof
The invention discloses SBS rubber powder modified asphalt, a preparation method and a pavement construction method thereof. The SBS rubber powder modified asphalt is prepared from, by weight, 75-78 parts of matrix asphalt, 19-21 parts of rubber powder, 1-6 parts of an SBS modifier and 0.1-0.5 part of a stabilizer. The rubber powder adopted by the SBS rubber powder modified asphalt is formed by processing waste tires, the methods of incineration, landfill and the like adopted for the waste tires in part of regions are changed, and a cyclic utilization way is provided for solving the problem ofblack pollution caused by the tires through a reprocessing method. The SBS rubber powder modified asphalt has relatively high high-temperature stability, low-temperature flexibility, aging resistance, fatigue resistance and water damage resistance; the asphalt is used as one of asphalt pavement raw materials, so that the high-temperature stability and the low-temperature crack resistance of the asphalt pavement are greatly improved, the service life of the asphalt pavement is prolonged, and the additional cost generated by later maintenance of the asphalt pavement is reduced. The SBS rubber powder is adopted to modify the asphalt pavement, has a positive effect on noise pollution prevention and control, and can reduce the driving noise by 2-3 decibels.
