Prefabricated prestress anchor rod with guide device and construction method
A prefabricated prestress anchor rod with a guide device comprises prefabricated prestress anchor rod bodies and the anchor rod head guide device which are connected together. The anchor rod head guide device is a cone body. The cone body is of a cone tip or frustum structure. A connecting device for the prefabricated prestress anchor rod bodies and the cone body is shown as follows: a nut at thecenter of the cone body is connected with finished deformed bars of the anchor rod bodies, a metal part at the center of the cone body is welded to a metal part of an anchor rod framework, a connecting nut at the center of the cone body is connected with the prestress anchor rod bodies and a cone body internal rebar, the metal part at the center of the cone body is welded and connected to the prestress anchor rod bodies through flanges or rebars, the prestress anchor rod bodies and the rebars at the center of the cone body are fixed to the flanges and are connected with the two flanges throughbolts correspondingly, or two flanges with the radius larger than that of the anchor rod bodies are adopted, peripheral bolts of the two flanges are connected or the two flanges are locked through hoop bolts.
