Prefabricated building structure
The invention relates to a prefabricated building structure which comprises a pile body, a pile tip, an embedded connecting piece and a detachable connecting piece. The pile body is detachably connected with the pile tip, the embedded connecting piece is arranged at the end of the pile body, a first through hole is formed in the pile tip, the first through hole is aligned with the embedded connecting piece, and the detachable connecting piece is connected with the embedded connecting piece through the first through hole; and a first cage body and an embedded pipe are arranged in the pile body,the embedded pipe is arranged in the middle of the pile body, the embedded pipe is hollow, and the embedded pipe is arranged around the first cage body. Compared with an existing structure, the prefabricated building structure has the advantages that raw material consumption is reduced, and cost is reduced; the bearing capacity is improved, and the service life is prolonged; and the reliability of the prefabricated building structure in service is ensured. Besides, the pile tip can increase the capability of the prefabricated building structure to penetrate through a soil layer during sinkingconstruction, a guiding effect is achieved, and the breakage probability of the prefabricated building structure is reduced; the pile tip is detachably connected with the pile body, so that constructors can conveniently manufacture the pile tip in advance and then connect the pile body with the pile tip, the prefabricated building structure is more flexible, and requirements of different workingconditions can be met.
本发明涉及预制建筑结构,包括桩体、桩尖、预埋连接件及拆卸连接件;桩体与桩尖之间可拆卸连接;预埋连接件设置在桩体端部,桩尖上开设有第一通孔,第一通孔对准预埋连接件,拆卸连接件通过第一通孔与预埋连接件连接;桩体内设有第一笼体及预埋管,预埋管设置在桩体中部,预埋管内部中空,第一笼体围设预埋管。与现有结构相比,预制建筑结构减少了原材料的用量,成本降低;承力能力与使用寿命提升;保证预制建筑结构在服役时的可靠性。此外,桩尖能增加预制建筑结构在下沉施工时穿透土层的能力,起到引导作用,减少预制建筑结构溃断几率;桩尖与桩体可拆卸连接,便于施工人员预先制造桩尖,而后将桩体与桩尖连接,更加灵活,可以满足不工况需求。
