The glaze comprises the following components in parts by mass: 50-60 parts of spodumene, 8-13 parts of dolomite, 5-10 partsof calcite, 2-3 parts of lithium carbonate, 4-6 parts of titanium oxide, and 5-7 parts of barium carbonate. Through cooperation of the glaze and refractory mortar, the product has high heat resistance, the glaze can be directly manufactured on refractory ceramic, cold water is directly added without bursting when the glaze is baked to 500 DEG C on open fire, and the series of products have very excellent thermal shock resistance and are suitable for soup cooking, noodle cooking and other aspects in daily life.
