The invention relates to a screw pile foundation and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, a piling point is determined, and line setting and elevation are measured; step 2, preparing a concrete mixture; the concrete mixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: cement, medium sand, gravel, water, fly ash, a water reducing agent, a retarder, phenolic resin, polyacrylamide and modified polypropylene fibers, 3, drilling holes in the foundation by adopting a screw drill rod in alignment with the piling points; step 4, after drilling to a preset designed depth, drilling is stopped; a retreating type grouting method is adopted, the screw drill rod is reversely rotated and lifted, meanwhile, a concrete mixing material is pumped into the screw drill rod, and when the drill rod is lifted to the designed height of the top face of the thread part, the screw drill rod is positively rotated again or directly lifted to the designed pile calibration height; filling of the screw pile is completed; and step 5, standing and curing for 28-30 days to obtain the concrete screw pile. The anti-cracking screw pile foundation has the effect of improving the anti-cracking performance of the screw pile foundation.
