According to the technical scheme, a special reaming tool is adopted to drill multiple-section step holes on a slope, a variable-diameter bearing plate is installed at the bottom of an anchor rod, after the anchor rod is inserted into the step hole, the diameter of the bearing plate is enlarged, then grouting is conducted to increase bearing capacity, slurry is formed by mixing old sweater fiber and concrete and can be fully combined with surrounding rock mass, so that friction force is improved, cracks generated in a cement slurry solidification process is effectivelyreduced, and a reserved anchor hole is formed in the frame beam for later secondary reinforcement of the frame beam. According to the structure, the anchor bearing capacity can be effectively improved, secondary reinforcement can be carried out, and the long-term stability of the slope protection structure can be effectively guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种护坡结构及其施工方法,有效的解决了预应力锚杆框架梁容易出现锚头松动、预应力损失的问题;解决的技术方案是采用专用扩孔工具在边坡上钻多段阶梯孔,锚杆底部安装可变直径的承载板,锚杆插入阶梯孔后将承载板的直径变大然后注浆,增加承载力,浆料采用旧毛衣纤维和混凝土混合而成,能够与周围岩体充分结合,提高摩擦力,并且有效降低水泥浆凝固过程中产生的裂缝能,框架梁上设置预留锚孔用于对框架梁进行后期二次加固;本发明能够有效的提高锚固的承载力,并可进行二次加固,能有效的保证护坡结构长久的稳定性。
