The invention discloses a working device of a land leveller. The working device comprises a traction frame, a worm gear case, a rotating ring, a scraper knife body and a chain wheel tooth ring. The worm gear case is mounted on the traction frame. The chain wheel tooth ring is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the rotating ring. The scraper knife body is mounted at the lower end of the rotating ring. The rotating ring is rotationally fixed to the traction frame. Drive teeth of the worm gear case are engaged with the chain wheel tooth ring. The tooth form of the chain wheel tooth ring is of athree-segment arc structure. The arc comprises a first arc segment, a second arc segment and a third arc segment, all of which are smoothly connected in sequence. By means of the integrally forged tooth ring, structural strength and overall impact resistance are guaranteed, chain wheel teeth guarantee overload capacity and transmission efficiency, and anti-wear capacity is high.
