The building exterior wall structure comprises a wall face and a face plate which is fixed to the wall face via a connecting device; the connecting device comprises an exterior connecting rack and an interior connecting rack which are fixed to the face plate and the wall face respectively; the exterior connecting rack comprises two exterior connecting plates and the interior connecting rack comprises two interior connecting plates; the exterior connecting plates are connected with the interior connecting plates via an upper connecting mechanism and a lower connecting mechanism respectively; the upper connecting mechanism comprises open-groove-shaped upper connecting grooves which are respectively formed in the outer side faces of the interior connecting plates and upper connecting blocks which are arranged on the inner side faces ofthe exterior connecting plates; the lower connecting mechanism comprises open-groove-shaped lower connecting grooves which are respectively formed in the outer side faces of the interior connecting plates and lower connecting blocks which are arranged on the inner side faces of the exterior connecting plates. The exterior wall structure is higher in assembly and disassembly efficiency as well as better in stability in the process of assembly and safety in the process of disassembly.
