The invention relates to a photovoltaic building component suitable for external wall integration and a dismounting and mounting method thereof. The photovoltaic building component comprises a base, a photovoltaic panel, a mounting block, a fixing device and a pressing buckle. The base comprises a frame and supporting rods, deep grooves are formed in the bottoms of the frame and the supporting rods, cutting grooves are formed in the periphery of the inner side of the frame, and fixing devices are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the frame. When the photovoltaic panel is installed, the photovoltaic panel is arranged in the frame and clamped on the cutting groove.
