Positioning mold for pre-embedded steel bars
The invention provides a positioning mold for pre-embedded steel bars. The mold comprises a supporting frame and a steel bar clamp arranged on the supporting frame, wherein the steel bar clamp comprises a clamp fixing frame and clamping jaws symmetrically arranged on the clamp fixing frame, the clamping jaws are hinged to the clamp fixing frame, and the supporting frame is provided with a drivingmechanism for pushing the clamping jaws to rotate around the hinge points of the clamping jaws and the clamp fixing frame. The mold uses the driving mechanism to drive the clamping jaws to inward tighten or loosen, clamping and fixing of the steel bars are facilitated, there is no gap between the steel bars and the positioning mold so that the steel bars cannot swing left and right, deviation of afixation position is avoided, and the positioning mold is suitable for steel bars of different sizes; a push rod is driven by an anchor piece to rotate to drive a push base to move up and down, thereby clamping the steel bars, and then the anchor piece is fixed on a positioning plate, so that a state of stably fixing the embedded steel bars can be maintained; and through manual operation, the steel bars of different sizes can be conveniently fixed without mechanical devices, so that time is saved, labor is saved and cost is low.
