The invention relates to a light calcined magnesia homogenization process and a system for high-purity magnesia, and the homogenization process comprises the following steps: respectively storing light calcined magnesia with trademarks of QM-90, QM-92 and QM-96 in corresponding homogenization bins, and realizing primary homogenization through stirring using a homogenization spiral stirring device;by opening a variable format valve, enabling obtained three kinds of light calcined magnesia to respectively enter corresponding double-bucket metering scales to be weighed, and be respectively metered according to the weight proportions of 5%-10%, 5%-10% and 80%-90%, so that secondary homogenization is realized; by opening a discharging valve, enabling the weighed light calcined magnesia to enter a No.4 homogenizing bin, and realizing three-stage homogenization through the homogenizing spiral stirring device. Through three-stage homogenization is adopted, reasonable utilization of low-gradelight calcined magnesia is realized, component change of the light calcined magnesia for the high-purity magnesia is reduced, quality and performance stability of the light calcined magnesia are guaranteed, and a high-quality raw material is provided for preparation of the high-purity magnesia by a two-step calcination method.
本发明涉及一种高纯镁砂用轻烧氧化镁均化工艺及系统,将牌号为QM‑90、QM‑92、QM‑96的轻烧氧化镁分别储存于对应的均化仓内,通过均化螺旋搅拌装置搅拌实现一级均化;通过开启变量格式阀,三种轻烧氧化镁分别进入对应的双斗计量秤称重,并分别按照5%~10%、5%~10%以及80%~90%的重量比例计量,实现二级均化;通过开启卸料阀,称重后的轻烧氧化镁进入进入4#均化仓内,通过均化螺旋搅拌装置实现三级均化。本发明通过三级均化,实现低品级轻烧氧化镁的合理利用,减小高纯镁砂用轻烧氧化镁的成分变化,保证轻烧氧化镁的质量及性能稳定,为二步煅烧法制备高纯镁砂提供优质原料。
