The preparation method comprises the following step of: step 1, selecting shell powder of which the silicon dioxide content is lower than 0.1% and of which the calcium oxide content is higher than 94%, calcining the shell powder to generate lime, pouringthe prepared lime into a proper amount of water, uniformly stirring the lime to form lime milk, and filtering the prepared lime milk.
