Device and method for increasing running speed of tramcar shallow groove turnout
The invention discloses a device for increasing the running speed of a tramcar shallow groove turnout, which comprises a track bed, a steel plate and turnout steel rails, wherein the steel plate is laid and anchored on the track bed, the turnout steel rails are arranged on the two sides of the track bed, deep grooves with a certain thickness are sliced in the bottom of the steel plate according toan existing turnout rail type, the steel plate is clamped to the turnout steel rails through the deep grooves, and the deep grooves are used for limiting movement of the steel plate. The invention further discloses a method for increasing the running speed by using the device. When a tramcar wheel set quickly turns and passes through the curved track, the increased part of the turnout steel railplays a better role in protecting the wheel rim, and safe operation of the tramcar is guaranteed. According to the technical scheme, the construction period is short, the implementation is easy, and normal operation of an electric passenger train is not affected.
本发明公开了一种提高有轨电车浅槽道岔运行速度的装置,包括:道床、钢板、道岔钢轨,钢板铺设并锚固在所述道床上,道岔钢轨布置于所述道床的两侧,钢板底部根据既有道岔轨型刨切一定厚度的深槽,钢板通过所述深槽卡接在所述道岔钢轨上,深槽用以限制所述钢板的移动。本发明还公开利用该装置提高运行速度的方法。当有轨电车轮对快速转弯经过曲线轨道时,道岔钢轨高度增加的部分对轮缘起到更好的护轨作用,保障了有轨电车的安全运行,本发明技术方案的施工工期短,易于实施,不影响电客车的正常运营。
