Cross turnout for tramcar, and welding method thereof
The invention relates to the field of tramcar frog welding, and especially relates to a cross turnout for a tramcar, and a welding method thereof. The cross turnout comprises a long rail and at leastone set of short rail set, the short rail set comprises a first short rail and a second short rail, the first short rail and the second short rail are arranged on the two sides of the long rail respectively, grooves are formed in the ends, facing the long rail, of the first short rail and the second short rail, and the first short rail and the second short rail are welded to the long rail throughthe corresponding grooves. The cross turnout is formed by welding the long rail and the short rails, a traditional turnout formed by welding an integral fork core and four short steel rails is replaced, when the traditional turnout is welded, each cross turnout needs to be repeatedly welded for four times, however, the turnout of the invention is formed in the mode that the long rail and the two short rails are welded, so the welding and heat treatment frequency is reduced, the production cost and the labor intensity of workers are reduced, and efficient and quality-guaranteeing production ofthe cross turnout is effectively guaranteed.
本发明涉及有轨电车辙叉焊接领域,尤其涉及一种有轨电车用交叉道岔及其焊接方法。包括长轨和至少一套短轨组,所述短轨组包括第一短轨和第二短轨,所述第一短轨与所述第二短轨分别设置在所述长轨的两侧,所述第一短轨、第二短轨朝向所述长轨的一端均开设有坡口,所述第一短轨、第二短轨通过对应的坡口与所述长轨焊接。本申请中交叉道岔采用了长轨和短轨焊接而成,替代传统的由整体叉心与四根短钢轨焊接形成的道岔,传统的道岔在焊接时每个交叉道岔需要重复焊接步骤四次,而本申请采用长轨和两根短轨焊接方式形成道岔,减少了焊接及热处理次数,降低了生产成本及工人劳动强度,有效保障了交叉道岔的高效保质生产。
