The structure comprises an embankment, a roadbed and a road surface, wherein the cross sections of the embankment and the roadbed are trapezoidal, the cross section of the road surface is grooved, road shoulders are built on two sides of the road surface and comprise a hard road shoulder and an earth road shoulder from inside to outside, side ditches are built on the outer sides of the earth road shoulder, the drainage gradient of each side ditch is 5%-8%, and drainage ditches are formed in the outer sides of the side ditches; side slopes are built on the two sides of the embankment, the two sides of the roadbed and the two sides of the road surface correspondingly, and reinforced nets are arranged on the outer sides of the side slopes correspondingly; a middle belt is arranged on the road surface; the embankment sequentially comprises a lowerembankment and an upper embankment, the roadbed sequentially comprises a lower roadbed and an upper roadbed, and the road surface sequentially comprises a subbase layer, a base layer and a surface layer. The expressway is stable in structure and large in bearing capacity, and the service life of the expressway is prolonged. Meanwhile, the drainage structure is low in manufacturing cost and easy toconstruct, and corrosion of rainwater to side slopes is reduced.
