The invention belongs to the field of concrete structure construction, and particularly relates to a fixing device for a pre-buried sleeve and a construction method of the fixing device. The fixing device comprises a bolt, a nut, a cover plate, nails and the like, wherein a base used for being fixed to a template and provided with a hole is arranged on the root of the bolt; and one end of the nutis closed. The device only needs to fix the two nails to the fixed positions of the pre-buried sleeve on the template, two symmetrical round holes in the base on the root of the bolt are put into thenails, the bolt is rotated in a clockwise direction, and the nails fall in arc-shaped notches of the base of the bolt, so that when the nut is tightened, the pre-buried sleeve is tightly fixed to thetemplate by the bolt and the cover plate due to the fact that the width of each arc-shaped notch is smaller than the diameter of the head of the corresponding nail; and the device has the advantages of quick assembly and disassembly, firm fixation, low manufacturing cost and the like.
