The invention discloses a safety rope fixing device based on a roof pre-buried steel sleeve. The device comprises a concrete structure plate and a steel rope, the concrete structure plate is providedwith the pre-buried steel sleeve, the pre-buried steel sleeve is sleeved with a fastening sleeve, the fastening sleeve is uniformly in threaded connection with fastening bolts, the fastening bolts arein threaded connection with the pre-buried steel sleeve, hanging plates are arranged on the outer side walls of the fastening sleeves, hanging plate holes are evenly formed in the hanging plates, internal thread connecting rings are symmetrically arranged on the positions, located below the hanging plates, of the outer side walls of the fastening sleeves, and mounting pipes are in threaded connection with the internal thread connecting rings. The device is easy to install, after being used, the safety rope can be directly detached for next use, and whether the steel rope moves or not can be monitored in real time when the steel rope is used as the safety rope, so that the safety rope is safer to use.
