A waste tire rubber material is pretreated, the rubber material is soaked in dimethyl silicone oil, alkali liquor and the like, rotten parts are removed, part of active groups are exposed, silicon-containing components are doped, the hot-pressing resistance of the rubber material is improved, macromolecular phenyl is introduced, and crushing can be avoided while the hot-pressing stability is improved; silicon carbide whiskers formed by thermal action are combined with nano silicon dioxide to serve as a hard framework, and are combined with the soft rubber material, so that the external pressure can be well dispersed, the shrinkage and cracking of the brick body in the drying and autoclaving action process are avoided, the stability of the autoclaved brick can be well guaranteed, and the generation of breakage is reduced. The autoclaved brick solves the problems of low strength and high breakage rate of the conventional autoclaved brick.
本发明公开了一种高强度蒸压砖及其制备方法,属于蒸压砖领域。本发明对废弃车胎胶料进行预处理,采用胶料与二甲基硅油、碱液等浸泡,去除腐坏部分,暴露部分活性基团,并且掺杂含硅成分,提升胶料的耐热压性能,引入大分子苯基,在提升热压稳定性的同时,可避免发生破碎;以热作用构成的碳化硅晶须结合纳米二氧化硅作为硬质骨架,结合软质胶料,能够很好地分散外部压力,避免在干燥、蒸压作用过程中,砖体发生收缩和开裂,能够很好地保障蒸压砖的稳定性,减少破碎的产生。本发明解决了目前常用的蒸压砖强度低,破损率高的问题。
