A transversely-arranged pressurebearing plate is arranged between the first saddle side plate and the second saddle side plate, a main cable is arranged in the space above the pressure bearing plate, the cover plate is arranged above the saddle, a saddle front plate and a saddle rear plate are fixed to the front portion and the rear portion of the saddle respectively, and the space formed by the first saddle side plate, the second saddle side plate, the pressure bearing plate, the saddle front plate, the saddle rear plate and the saddle bottom plate is filled with micro-expansion concrete. According to the steel and concretecombined structure, the cable saddle is a pressed component, and the pressure-resistant characteristic of concrete is fully utilized.
