Treatment method of water leakage of underwater cable-stayed suspension tunnel
The invention discloses a treatment method of water leakage of an underwater cable-stayed suspension tunnel. The method comprises a leakage detection process and a leakage repairing method. The leakage detection process is divided into the following four stages: a first stage, leakage detection after pipe joint prefabrication is completed; a second stage, leakage detection after pipe joint connection and before pushing; a third stage, leakage detection after tunnel installation is completed; and a fourth stage, leakage monitoring in an operation and maintenance period after formal traffic of the tunnel. The leakage repairing method comprises the following steps of firstly evaluating a leakage condition of a tunnel pipe joint, dividing the leakage levels of the pipe joint of a reinforced concrete structure and the pipe joint of a concrete composite structure externally coated with the flexible material, and then adopting a corresponding repairing method according to the leakage levels;repairing cracks or cavities of general leakage levels; repairing cracks or cavities with a serious leakage level; and repairing cracks or cavities with serious leakage levels. The method further comprises repairing of leakage of a pipe joint connector and leakage of a concrete-filled steel tube structure pipe joint. The method is convenient to operate and low in cost.
本发明公开了一种水下斜拉式悬浮隧道渗漏水的处理方法,包括渗漏检测流程和渗漏修补方法。渗漏检测流程分为以下四个阶段:第一阶段,管节预制完成后的渗漏检测;第二阶段,管节连接后顶推前的渗漏检测;第三阶段,隧道安装完成后的渗漏检测;第四阶段,隧道正式通车后运维期的渗漏监测。渗漏修补方法为:先对隧道管节的渗漏情况进行评估,对钢筋混凝土结构的管节以及外敷柔性材料的混凝土复合结构的管节划分渗漏等级,再根据渗漏等级采取相应的修补方法。对一般渗漏等级的裂缝或空洞修补;对较严重渗漏等级的裂缝或空洞修补;对严重渗漏等级的裂缝或空洞修补;还包括对管节接头渗漏和钢管混凝土结构管节渗漏的修补。本发明操作方便且成本低。
