The invention relates to a dry powder material of ultra-high-performance concrete and a preparation method thereof. The material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 260-350 partsof cement, 40-100 parts of silica fume, 80-120 parts of superfine mineral admixture, 50-100 parts of steel fibers, 2-10 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 0.02-0.1 part of a defoaming agent, 30-50 parts of a shrinkage inhibitor, 400-550 parts of quartz sand and 0.5-1 part of nanometer aluminum hydroxide. A dry mixing process is adopted for production in the invention, only water accounting for 6%-9% of the mass of dry powder needs to be added into the obtained dry powder material of ultra-high-performance concrete on site, common concrete mixing equipment is adopted for mixing, andgood fluidity can be obtained to realize cast-in-place engineering pumping construction. A mixture obtained in the invention is good in fluidity, low in viscosity, high in mechanical property, low inhydration heat, good in volume stability and high in durability, and is particularly suitable for concrete structural works with high requirements on mechanical properties or high requirements for fatigue toughness and high durability.
本发明涉及一种超高性能混凝土干粉料及其制备方法,该材料由以下重量分数的原料组成:水泥260~350份,硅灰40~100份,超细矿物掺合料80~120份,钢纤维50~100份,聚羧酸减水剂2~10份,消泡剂0.02~0.1份,抑缩剂30~50份,石英砂400~550份,纳米氢氧化铝0.5~1份。本发明采用干混工艺生产,所得超高性能混凝土干粉料产品在现场只需加干粉料质量6%~9%的水,采用普通混凝土搅拌设备拌和,即可获得较好的流动性用于现浇工程泵送施工。本发明拌合物流动性好、粘度低、力学性能高、水化热低、体积稳定性好、耐久性高,特别适用于对力学性能要求高或者要求高疲劳韧性和高耐久性的混凝土结构工程。
