Gypsum board with humidifying function and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a gypsum board with a humidifying function. The gypsum board comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70 to 90 parts of gypsum powder, 3 to 10 parts of sepiolite,5 to 25 parts of zeolite, 0.05 to 0.2 part of a water reducing agent and 0.3 to 1.0 part of a binding agent. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the gypsum board with the humidifying function. The preparation method comprises the steps: sieving the gypsum powder with an 80-to-100-mesh screen, and sieving the sepiolite with a 150-to-300-mesh screen; uniformly mixing the sievedgypsum powder, the sieved sepiolite, the zeolite, the binding agent and the water reducing agent; stirring a mixture obtained in the previous step with water to prepare slurry; flatly laying the slurry on lower paper, covering the slurry with upper paper before initial setting of the slurry, and applying pressure; and carrying out demolding after the final setting is finished, and carrying out drying. The moisture absorption performance, the moisture releasing performance and the fireproof performance of the gypsum board are improved; a heat conductivity coefficient reaches 0.03 w/m.k; and thegypsum board has a formaldehyde purification function.
