Cooling wall plugging process and plugging slurry
The invention relates to a cooling wall plugging process. The process comprises the following steps of: detecting the water leakage condition of a cooling wall, and purging residual water by using a compressed air purging pipe; pressing plugging slurry into the cooling wall; and finally, taking out a grouting hose to ensure that the plugging slurry is fastened. The tight plugging in the cavity ofthe cooling wall can be ensured, the phenomenon of gas mixing caused by gaps in refractory materials in the cooling wall is avoided, and the service life of the cooling wall of a blast furnace is prolonged. Glass water is used as a binder, so that the high-temperature bonding performance of a pouring material can be enhanced, the high-temperature resistance of the plugged cooling wall can be enhanced, and the safety of the cooling wall of the blast furnace is improved.
本发明涉及一种冷却壁封堵工艺,其工艺步骤包括有:先对冷却壁漏水情况进行检测,再利用压缩空气吹扫管吹扫残余水分;再是向冷却壁中压入封堵泥浆;最后取出压浆软管,保证封堵泥浆紧固。可以保证冷却壁空腔内封堵严实,杜绝了冷却壁内部耐材存在空隙引起的串煤气现象,延长了高炉冷却壁的使用寿命。使用玻璃水做粘结剂,能增强浇筑料的高温粘结性能,能增强封堵后的冷却壁抗高温性能,提高了高炉冷却壁的安全性。
