The invention relates to a linear adjustment construction method for a continuous rigid frame PC track beam, after the continuous rigid frame PC track beam is erected, the transverse, longitudinal andvertical positions of the PC track beam are adjusted by using a linear adjustment tool, and the linear adjustment comprises the following steps: 1, the PC track beam falls and is temporarily fixed; 2, the plane of the PC track beam is adjusted; 3, the elevation of the PC track beam is adjusted; 4, the PC track beam is locked; and 5,the PC track beam is retesteed. According to the method, the transverse bridge direction position of the track beam can be determined, the plane position and perpendicularity of the track beam are adjusted, and the elevation of the track beam is accurately adjusted, so that the state of the track beam meets the installation accuracy design requirement.
本发明涉及一种连续刚构PC轨道梁线形调整施工方法,在连续刚构PC轨道梁架设完成后,利用线形调整工装对PC轨道梁的横向、纵向、竖向位置进行调整,线形调整包括以下步骤:第一步,PC轨道梁落梁并临时固定;第二步,PC轨道梁平面调整;第三步,PC轨道梁高程调整;第四步,PC轨道梁锁定;第五步,PC轨道梁复测。本发明能够确定轨道梁横桥向位置,对轨道梁平面位置及垂直度进行调整并对轨道梁高程进行精确调整,使轨道梁的状态满足安装精度设计要求。
