The invention relates to a fabricated road structure and a construction process. The structure comprises vehicle road plates, each vehicle road plate comprises a bottom steel plate, a top steel plateand a supporting beam, a steel frame groove and supporting units are arranged between the bottom steel plate and the top steel plate, a movable splicing piece is arranged between every two adjacent vehicle road plates, and an additional reinforcing unit is arranged on each vehicle road plate and comprises a balance weight through groove, a concrete balance weight supporting cross beam and an ABS resin layer. The installation process comprises the following steps: cleaning and tamping a roadbed; carrying out roadbed marking, pile driving and positioning point, hoisting vehicle road plate, mounting column filling sleeper, sequential towing vehicle road plate, assembling the adjacent vehicle road plates; tamping positioning pile, mounting road shoulder, and installing concrete balance weightsupporting cross beam, cast-in-place concrete is not needed in the whole process, the installation process is coherent, the construction method is simple, after installation and forming, the vehicle road plate is stable in positioning and small in dislocation possibility, whether a concrete balance weight supporting cross beam is additionally installed or not can be judged according to road requirements, adaptability and bearing capacity are high, and the vehicle road plate is suitable for passing of various vehicles, convenient to disassemble and reusable.
本发明涉及一种装配式道路结构及施工工艺,包括车路板,车路板包括底钢板和顶钢板、支撑梁,底钢板和顶钢板间设有钢框槽、支撑单元,相邻车路板间设有活动拼接件,车路板上设有附加加固单元,包括配重通槽、混凝土配重支撑横梁、ABS树脂层。安装流程为中清理夯实路基,路基标线,打定位桩点,吊装车路板,安装柱填充枕木,依次牵引车路板,完成相邻车路板装配,夯实定位桩,安装路肩,安装混凝土配重支撑横梁,整过程无需现浇混凝土,其安装流程连贯,施工方法简单,安装成型后,车路板定位稳定,错位可能性小,根据道路需求可判定是否加装混凝土配重支撑横梁,适应性强,承载力强,适用于各类车辆通行,且拆卸方便,可重复利用。
