The invention discloses an underground subway station assembly type structure transversely penetrating through a road and a construction method thereof. The underground subway station assembly type structure transversely penetrating through the road is divided into two parts: (1) excavation is carried out after underground excavation sections, covered by the road, of the subway station are subjected to novel reinforcement, and (2) after the underground excavation sections of the subway station below the road are subjected to reinforcement excavation; and assembling construction of the fabricated subway station in different modes of the underground excavation section and the open excavation section is carried out. The upper supporting part of the station bottom plate and the lower end of the station side wall as well as the upper supporting part of the station side wall and the corresponding end part of the station top plate are assembled and connected through a concave-convex matching connecting structure; the concave-convex matching connecting structure comprises a supporting convex part and a matching concave part; a rail is arranged on the supporting protruding part corresponding to the underground excavation section, and a wheel structure matched with the rail is arranged in the matched concave part. The underground excavation section and the open excavation section are combined for construction, the problem that traditional five components are difficult to combine with one another is avoided, and the problem that an assembly type station highly depends on large gantry crane equipment is solved.
本发明公开了一种横穿公路的地下地铁车站装配式结构及其施工方法,本发明分两部分:1)地铁车站被公路覆盖的暗挖段进行新型加固后开挖,2)公路下方地铁车站暗挖段加固开挖完成后,进行暗挖段和明挖段的不同方式的装配式地铁车站拼装施工。车站底板的上支撑部和车站侧墙下端之间、车站侧墙的上支撑部和车站顶板对应端部之间均通过凹凸配合连接结构装配相连,凹凸配合连接结构包括支撑凸起部和配合凹型部;对应暗挖段的支撑凸起部上设有铁轨,配合凹型部内设有与铁轨相配合的车轮结构。采用暗挖段和明挖段相结合方式施工,规避传统五构件互相难组合难题,克服了装配式车站高度依赖大型龙门吊设备的难题。
