The invention discloses a construction method for an assembled prefabricated segmental beam and belongs to the technical field of highway bridge construction. By adopting the construction technology,the construction method has the beneficial effects that a, a condition that a demand on a prefabricated large beam plant cannot be met as a result of a land acquisition problem in Southeast Asia regions is avoided; b, by splicing sectional prefabricated segments, the weight of a beam piece is alleviated and the beam is easily transported; c, during prefabrication, longitudinal beam pieces are connected by female and male pins, so that the integral linetype of the segmental beam is guaranteed and meanwhile, the connecting strength is further guaranteed; d, during construction, high strength proportioned glue doped cement paste is used to splice segments of the longitudinal beam pieces, so that the segments are connected more firmly and e, jacked by transverse and longitudinal jacks, the segmental beams are connected more tightly, so that the construction method is simpler and more effective to operate.
本发明公开了一种装配式预制节段梁的施工方法,属于公路桥梁施工技术领域。本发明通过采用上述施工技术,a.避免了因东南亚地区征地问题无法具备预制大型梁厂的要求;b.采用分段预制节段拼装,使梁片重量减轻,易于运输;c.预制时采用纵向的梁片连接采用阴阳销布置,保障了节段梁的整体线型、同时还保证连接强度;d.施工时采用纵向梁片采用高强配比掺胶水泥浆进行各段拼装,使各节段连接更加坚固;e.采用横向及纵向千斤顶顶进使各节段梁连接更加紧密,才做更为简单有效。
