The invention relates to a box girder pre-stressed tendon penetrating construction method of a post-tensioning method in the field of infrastructures, in particular to a segment prefabricated assembled beam full-length pre-stressed tendon penetrating construction method and a penetrating construction method with variable pre-stressed design lines. One end of a single steel strand is welded with acircular ring with the same diameter as a steel strand bundle in advance for trying to penetrate the hole channel, so that factors influencing bundle penetration are processed in advance, and the whole bundle is prevented from penetrating in and exiting to delay the construction progress; the total number of prestress is designed in a duct in advance, the prestress is bundled and integrally arranged in a penetrating mode according to numbers, the steel strand winding phenomenon is avoided, the prestress tensioning quality is guaranteed, and the construction quality is improved; the winch is used for pulling, labor is saved, the construction progress is accelerated, and the construction cost is reduced; especially, for a multi-connected continuous box girder, two winches are adopted for alternate strand pulling, and the strand pulling construction efficiency is remarkably improved.
本发明涉及基础设施领域中后张法的箱梁预应力束穿束施工方法,具体涉及一种节段预制拼装梁通长预应力束穿束施工方法,且预应力设计线形多变的穿束施工方法。提前采用单根钢绞线一端焊接等同钢绞线束直径的圆环,试穿孔道,提前处理影响穿束因素,避免整束穿进去退出来,耽误施工进度;采用提前将孔道内设计预应力总根数,按编号编束整束穿设,避免钢绞线缠绕现象,保证预应力张拉质量,提高施工质量;利用卷扬机穿束,节约人工,加快施工进度,减少施工成本;尤其是对多联连续箱梁,采用两台卷扬机,交替穿束,穿束施工效率显著提高。
