The invention relates to a ground construction treatment method of a steel structure building foundation. A concrete vibrating treatment device is used in the ground construction treatment method of the steel structure building foundation; and the concrete vibrating treatment device includes a mounting frame, walking wheels, a stabilizing mechanism and a vibrating mechanism. The specific method and process of using the concrete vibrating treatment device to construct the foundation ground of the steel structure building are as follows: excavation of a foundation pit, placement of embedded parts, concrete filling, vibration and compaction, and repeated operations. The vibrating mechanism includes a No. 1 guide slide rail, a No. 1 slide block, a No. 2 guide slide rail, a No. 2 slide block, apositioning pin and vibrating parts. According to the invention, the metal embedded parts placed in the center of the concrete to be vibrated is clamped by the stabilizing mechanism with an adjustable position, so as to prevent the metal embedded parts from skewing during the vibrating process; and the concrete is vibrated by the vibrating mechanism provided with two sets of vibrating parts, which can effectively save the time interval between two vibrating operations at different working positions and significantly improve the vibrating efficiency.
