The invention relates to a supporting structure for a tower crane operating platform, an operating platform and a quick lifting method. The supporting structure comprises a jack, a hoop, square beamsand platform locks, wherein the jack comprises two supporting blocks which are positioned on inner and outer opposite two side surfaces of a standard joint stand column; the upper parts of the two supporting blocks are each provided with a horizontal through blocking slot for blocking the hoop, and the lower parts of the two supporting blocks are each provided with an external extending blocking hook for blocking the square beam; the extending directions of the blocking hooks of the two supporting blocks are perpendicular to each other, one supporting block is provided with a limiting block higher than the blocking hook; the two supporting blocks and the standard joint stand column are locked through the hoop capable of adjusting degree of tightness; the two square beams which are perpendicular to each other are arranged corresponding to one standard joint stand column, the two square beams are blocked in the blocking hook of one supporting block, and the end parts of the two square beams are blocked below the limiting blocks; and the two platform locks are arranged corresponding to one square beam, and the two platform locks are in sleeve connection on the square beams and are locked at the two sides of the platform plate of the operation platform. The operating platform is simple and stable in structure, is convenient in operation, can be quickly and conveniently mounted, dismounted and lifted, and greatly improves construction efficiency.
本发明涉及一种塔吊操作平台的支撑结构、操作平台及快速提升方法,支撑结构包括顶托、抱箍、方梁和平台锁;顶托包括位于标准节立柱内外相对两侧面上的两托块,两托块的上部均具有一个水平贯通的用于卡接抱箍的卡槽,下部均具有一个外伸的用于卡接方梁的卡钩,两托块的卡钩的延伸方向相互垂直,其中一托块具有一个高于卡钩设置的限位块,两托块与标准节立柱通过可调节松紧度的抱箍锁紧;对应一标准节立柱设置两相互垂直的方梁,两方梁分别卡接在一托块的卡钩内且端部均卡接在限位块的下方;对应一方梁设置两平台锁,两平台锁套接在方梁上且锁扣住操作平台的平台板的两侧。该操作平台结构简单稳定、操作便捷,能够快速便捷的安装、拆卸和提升,极大地提高了施工效率。
