Lower hanging type lattice tower crane supporting platform
The invention provides a lower hanging type lattice tower crane supporting platform. The platform comprises at least two longitudinal assemblies and two transverse assemblies; the longitudinal assemblies and the transverse assemblies are mutually connected to form a horizontally-arranged rectangular supporting unit; a supporting transverse rod is arranged in the rectangular supporting unit and used for supporting a tower crane; and the first end of each transverse assembly is used for being connected with an attached wall, the side surface of the second end of each transverse assembly is provided with a first horizontal inclined rod connected with the attached wall, the upper surfaces of the two transverse assemblies are provided with first pull-up inclined rods, the first pull-up inclined rods are used for being connected with the attached wall, and the first pull-up inclined rods, the transverse assemblies and the attached wall form a triangular stable structure. A whole adopts a lattice truss as a main limb mechanism, so that the weight of the foundation platform is reduced while the rigidity and strength of the structure are improved; meanwhile, assembling, disassembling and transportation are facilitated in a pin shaft connecting mode; and supporting force, namely lower supporting force is provided, and the pull-up inclined rods are attached to provide pulling force so as to form the stable stress structure.
本发明提供一种下挂型格构式塔吊支撑平台,包括至少两条纵向组件和两条横向组件,纵向组件和横向组件互连形成水平设置的矩形支撑单元,矩形支撑单元内设置有支撑横杆,支撑横杆用于支撑塔吊;且每条横向组件的第一端用于连接附墙,第二端的侧表面设置有第一水平斜杆与附墙连接,其中,两条横向组件的上表面均设置有第一上拉斜杆,第一上拉斜杆用于与附墙连接,第一上拉斜杆、横向组件及附墙形成三角稳定结构;整体采用了格构式桁架为主肢机构,在增加了结构的刚性和强度的同时减轻了基础平台自身的重量,同时采用了销轴连接的方式便于组装和拆卸运输,并且其支撑力即提供下支撑力,又附有上拉斜杆提供拉力形成受力稳定结构。
