Preparation method of water-based glass glaze and resistor disc
The invention belongs to the technical field of electrical ceramics, and particularly relates to a preparation method of water-based glass glaze and a resistor disc, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing glass powder, deionized water and a water-based dispersing agent according to a mass ratio, and ball-milling and sieving the mixed components to obtain water-based glass glaze slurry; (2) preheating a to-be-glazed workpiece, and coating the to-be-glazed workpiece with the water-based glass glaze slurry obtained in the step (1) after preheating is completed; and (3) after the surface of the glaze layer of the workpiece is dried, annealing the workpiece to form the water-based glass glaze on the surface of the workpiece. The preparation process is simple in process, low-carbon, environment-friendly and low in coating cost, and old materials are easy to recycle. The obtained insulating glaze is compact and uniform, can resist square wave and large current impact, and has good waterproofness, antifouling property and high insulativity. Meanwhile, the appearance is smooth, the glossiness is good, and the attractiveness of resistor disc products can be improved.
本发明属于电工陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种水基玻璃釉的制备方法及电阻片,其中制备方法包括:(1)按照质量比将玻璃粉、去离子水、水性分散剂混合,将混合好的组分进行球磨、过筛,得到水基玻璃釉浆料;(2)对待上釉的工件进行预热处理,预热完成后将步骤(1)得到的水基玻璃釉浆料涂覆到待上釉的工件上;(3)待工件釉层表面干燥后,将工件进行退火处理,即在工件表面形成水基玻璃釉。本发明制备过程工艺简单、低碳环保、涂装成本低、旧料易于回收重复利用。获得的绝缘釉致密均匀,可耐方波和大电流冲击,具备良好的防水性,防污性,高绝缘性。同时外观光滑、光泽性好,可增加电阻片产品美观感。
