The invention discloses a concrete pavement brick prepared from graphite slag and a preparation method thereof. Graphite slag, cement, an alkaline inorganic admixture, aggregate and fly ash are used as materials through a mature manufacturing technology, wherein the graphite slag in a base material layer is hydrated with an alkaline inorganic material, cement and fly ash to generate C-S-H gellingbodies, a water-resistant agent forms a film when meeting water, and capillary channels of hydrated ettringite are blocked, so that the compressive strength of the ettringite is high, the water invasion resistance is good, and the ettringite does not crack after being soaked in water; the graphite slag, cement, aggregate and a curing agent in the surface layer material are hydrated to form calciumsilicate gel, so that a relatively high toughening effect is achieved, and the wear resistance of the brick is improved under the cooperation of the aggregate. According to the patent technology, sintering-free normal-temperature curing molding is adopted, and special production equipment is not needed; the process flow is simple, the cost is low, and the graphite slag concrete pavement brick canbe used for sidewalks, roads, gardens, squares and the like.
