The invention provides turbid zeolite tailing porous ceramsite as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of non-metallic mineral materials. The turbidzeolite tailing porous ceramsite is prepared from the following preparation raw materials in percentage by mass: 50-80% of turbid zeolite tailings, 10-35% of attapulgite clay and 5-20% of sawdust. The turbid zeolite tailings are used as a main raw material of the porous ceramsite, the large porosity (50% or above) of the turbid zeolite is utilized, meanwhile, attapulgite clay is used as a supplementary binding agent to enhance the initial binding force between the materials, sawdust is used as a pore forming agent to form a porous structure in the calcining process, and the obtained porous ceramsite has high porosity (up to 57.6%) and low bulk density (as low as 412kg/m<3>), and also has the characteristics of light weight, high strength and high adsorption performance.
本发明提供了一种浊沸石尾矿多孔陶粒及其制备方法和应用,属于非金属矿物材料技术领域。本发明所述浊沸石尾矿多孔陶粒包括以下质量百分含量的制备原料:浊沸石尾矿50~80%,凹凸棒石黏土10~35%和木屑5~20%。本发明以浊沸石尾矿作为多孔陶粒的主要原料,利用浊沸石自身具备的较大孔隙率(50%以上),同时利用凹凸棒石黏土作为补充粘结剂增强物料间的初始结合力,利用木屑作为造孔剂在煅烧过程塑造多孔结构,所得多孔陶粒具有高孔隙率(可达57.6%)和低堆积密度(可低至412kg/m),同时还具有质轻、高强和高吸附性能的特点。
