The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic filters, and discloses a manufacturing method of a porous ceramic filter plate. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that 100parts of deionized water, 1-3 parts of aluminum isopropoxide analytically pure, 2-4 parts of nanometer aluminum oxide powder and 0.1-0.5 part of 10% HNO3 solution chemically pure are prepared, and anorganic binder polyvinyl alcohol is added into raw material components of a nanometer ceramic membrane. The invention discloses the manufacturing method of the porous ceramic filter plate, the high-quality fused alumina aggregate and high-purity nanometer aluminum oxide micro powder are used as main components of the formula; titanium dioxide and the like as mineralizers and Y-aluminum oxide or organic matters are added to form pore-forming agents; therefore, the filter plate has relatively ideal porosity, is suitable micropore diameter, compared with the prior art, the ceramic filter plate has the advantages that the ceramic filter plate has high strength and can resist low-content hydrofluoric acid and a working medium with the pH value of 8-14, so that the ceramic filter plate which canbe cleaned by using hydrofluoric acid and strong base and can be used for dewatering and filtering ore pulp containing a small amount of hydrofluoric acid (0.2 g/l) can be provided, which cannot be achieved by other ceramic filter plates.
本发明涉及陶瓷过滤机技术领域,且公开了多孔陶瓷过滤板制造方法,包括以下步骤,准备去离子水100份,异丙醇铝分析纯1‑3份,纳米氧化铝粉2‑4份,10%HNO3溶液化学纯0.1‑0.5份,纳米陶瓷膜的原料组份中加入有机粘结剂聚乙烯醇。该多孔陶瓷过滤板制造方法,通过采用了优质电熔刚玉骨料和高纯纳米氧化铝微粉为配方主要组份,加入二氧化钛等作矿化剂和Y‑氧化铝或有机物做成孔剂,使得过滤板不仅具有较为理想的气孔率,合适的微孔孔径,较好的强度,而且还可以耐低含量的氢氟酸和PH值8~14的工作介质,从而可以提供一种能使用氢氟酸和强碱清洗且能用于含少量氢氟酸(<0.2g/l)的矿浆脱水过滤用的陶瓷过滤板,这是其它陶瓷过滤板所不能达到的。
