The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a non-phosphorus ceramic filter plate, and relates to the technical field of special ceramic and aluminum industrial melt filtration and purification, the non-phosphorus ceramic filter plate comprises the following raw materials by mass: 4-8 parts of a high temperature adhesive, 8-10 parts of alumina powder, 1-2 parts of kaolin, 1-2 parts of silica powder, and 1-4 parts of alkali carbonate. The high-temperature adhesive is formed by mixing tetraethoxysilane and polyether trimethoxy silane. The phosphorus-free ceramic filter plate prepared by the invention does not soften and deform during melt filtration and purification, and keeps better high-temperature performance; the aluminum oxide filler is used as a framework structure of the foamed ceramic, so that the foamed ceramic has the characteristics of light weight, small thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal shock resistance and no shrinkage and deformation in a sintering process; the kaolin is partially converted into mullite during sintering, so that the purpose of improving the bonding effect of the adhesive and the strength of the ceramic filter plate can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种无磷陶瓷过滤板制作方法,涉及特种陶瓷及铝工业熔融体过滤净化技术领域,包括如下质量份的原料配方:高温粘接剂4~8份、氧化铝粉末8‑10份、高岭土1~2份、二氧化硅粉末1~2份,碱金属碳酸盐1~4份,所述高温粘接剂由正硅酸乙酯和聚醚三甲氧基硅烷混合。本发明制得的无磷陶瓷过滤板在熔体过滤净化时不出现软化变形、保持较好的高温性能;通过采用氧化铝填充料作为泡沫陶瓷的骨架结构,具有重量轻、热膨胀系数小、抗热震性好、烧结过程不收缩不变形的特性;采用高岭土在烧结时部分转化为莫来石,可以达到增加粘结剂粘接效果和陶瓷过滤板强度的目的。
