Harmless treatment method for raw material recycled aluminum ash of hazardous waste
The invention discloses a harmless treatment method for raw material recycled aluminum ash of hazardous waste. The harmless treatment method is characterized by comprising the following steps that (1)primary crushing and screening are conducted on the raw material recycled aluminum ash; (2) melting and casting are conducted on granular aluminum; (3) secondary crushing and screening are conductedon granular aluminum; and (4) dry-defluorination aluminum ash harmless treatment is conducted on the collected fine aluminum ash. By means of the harmless treatment method, the treatment capacity is high, the defluorination efficiency (generally more than 99%) is high, fluorine-containing wastewater is not drained, secondary pollution and equipment corrosion do not exist, and the infrastructure and operation costs are lower; and after crushing and screening, recycling of metal aluminum in a rotary furnace and heat treatment for aluminum removing and nitrogen harmless treatment in the rotary furnace at the high temperature, the recycled aluminum ash is mixed with sand, cement, fly ash, marble crushed materials, granite, dust collecting ash and other raw materials and additives to be processed into concrete pavement bricks, and the recycled aluminum ash is effectively used.
本发明公开了一种将危险废物原料再生铝铝灰进行无害化处理的方法,其特征在于:该方法主要包括如下步骤:(1)将原料原料再生铝铝灰进行第一次破碎筛分;(2)将颗粒铝进行熔化铸锭;(3)将颗粒铝进行第二次破碎筛分;(4)对所收集的细铝灰进行干法除氟铝灰无害化处理。本发明处理量大,除氟效率高(一般大于99%),不排含氟废水,无二次污染和设备腐蚀等问题,基建费用和运行费用都较低。再生铝铝灰经过破碎筛分、回转炉回收金属铝,再经过高温回转炉热处理除铝、脱氮无害化处理后,与砂、水泥、粉煤灰、大理石碎料、花岗岩、收尘灰等原料及助剂混合,加工为混凝土路面砖,有效的利用了再生铝铝灰。
