The invention discloses a pre-stress anti-floating anchor rod for pre-tensioning method construction. The pre-stress anti-floating anchor rod comprises a rod body and a top anchor bearing plate arranged at the top end of the rod body. The rod body is connected with a bottom cushion layer in a pouring mode, the position, corresponding to the top anchor bearing plate, of the rod body is connected with a formed bottom plate through pouring, and the rod body comprises an outer rod used for being connected with the bottom cushion layer in a pouring mode and a rod core penetrating through the inner portion of the outer rod. The top anchor bearing plate is connected with the rod core, and a counter-force support is arranged between the top anchor bearing plate and the top end of the outer rod. The top anchor bearing plate provides prestress for the outer rod through the counter-force support. A plurality of radial supporting ribs are welded to the top anchor bearing plate in the circumferential direction of the top anchor bearing plate, one end of each supporting rib is connected with the top anchor bearing plate, and the other end of each supporting rib abuts against the bottom cushion layer to provide prestress for the bottom plate. The working hours can be shortened, the procedure of filling gaps through grouting can be avoided through the pre-tensioning method, and the possibility of water leakage is reduced.
