Closure method for mid-span steel box girders of large-span floating system cable-stayed bridge
The invention discloses a closure method for mid-span steel box girders of a large-span floating system cable-stayed bridge. The closure method comprises the following steps: temporary longitudinal bridge direction limiting is conducted on steel box girder sections at a main tower; the mid-span steel box girders are assembled by a cantilever; the mid-span steel box girders on the two sides of a closure opening are monitored, and a closure section steel box girder is manufactured according to the monitoring result; the temporary longitudinal bridge direction limit is released, the mid-span steel box girders in the direction away are moved from the closure gap, and first temporary locking is carried out; the closure section steel box girder is hoisted; the first temporary locking is released, the mid-span steel box girders are moved towards the closure gap to be reset, and second temporary locking is carried out; the relative postures of the closure section steel box girder and the mid-span steel box girders are adjusted and temporarily fixed; web connection and ring opening locking between the closure section steel box girder and the mid-span steel box girders are conducted; temporary fixing and second-time temporary locking are relieved; and a top plate, a bottom plate and a welding seam are welded between the closure section steel box girder and the mid-span steel box girders.The method is low in requirement for the natural environment and high in construction operability.
本发明公开了大跨度漂浮体系斜拉桥中跨钢箱梁的合龙方法,包括如下步骤:对主塔处的钢箱梁节段进行临时纵桥向限位;悬臂拼装中跨钢箱梁;对合龙口两侧的中跨钢箱梁进行监测,根据监测结果制造合龙段钢箱梁;解除临时纵桥向限位,朝远离合龙口方向移动中跨钢箱梁并进行第一次临时锁定;吊装合龙段钢箱梁;解除第一次临时锁定,朝合龙口方向移动中跨钢箱梁,使其复位,并进行第二次临时锁定;调整合龙段钢箱梁与中跨钢箱梁的相对姿态并临时固定;进行合龙段钢箱梁与中跨钢箱梁之间的腹板连接及环口锁定;解除临时固定及第二次临时锁定;进行合龙段钢箱梁与中跨钢箱梁之间的顶板、底板及焊缝的焊接。本发明对自然环境要求较低,施工操作性较高。
