The invention provides a sleeve valve pipe reverse grouting method suitable for a deep thick covering layer permanent curtain. A second-order hole of the permanent curtain adopts sleeve valve pipe grouting, and the method comprises the following steps that a clamp plug is lowered into a sleeve valve pipe of a current grouting segment; a ring is opened until water inlet is stable; water is injectedinto a grouting pipe, the ring opening pressure is achieved, a slurry stop ring outside the sleeve valve pipe and a sleeve shell material are broken through, and the water is injected into a stratum;chemical slurry grouting is carried out, wherein chemical slurry is injected into the grouting pipe at the set pressure; if the grouting pressure in chemical slurry grouting is suddenly reduced or the injection rate is suddenly increased, grouting liquid is replaced into a cement base material from the chemical slurry; and the cement base material is poured until an ending standard is near, and chemical slurry grouting is replaced. The reverse grouting sequence that chemical grouting is superior to cement base material grouting is adopted in the second-order hole grouting, a reverse ladder grouting is formed, and micro gaps, large gaps and channels preliminarily formed in a water stop curtain can be effectively blocked.
