The invention provides a sleeve valve pipe grouting method suitable for a deep covering layer permanent curtain. The method includes the following steps that a clamping plug is put in a sleeve valve pipe of a current grouting section; a loop is opened; induction water injection is carried out, wherein after the loop is opened, high-pressure water is continuously injected into the grouting pipe atthe water injection pressure larger than or equal to the induction pressure; when it is judged that the induction water injection state reaches an induction ending condition, induction water injectionends; and grouting is carried out according to the induction water injection condition. The requirements of grouting under complex unknown geological conditions are met, an induction water injectionmethod is adopted, the current geological environment is checked, a grouting passageway is broken through, and then the curtain with enough thickness is formed under the single-row hole condition; andas the sleeve valve pipe is used, repeated grouting can be achieved, overall long-term, safe and stable operation of a dam is facilitated, and meanwhile the requirements of geological condition analysis, opening of the grouting passageway and guiding of selection of slurry are met.
