Coal gangue ceramsite and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses coal gangue ceramsite, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 75 to 95 percent of coal gangue, 5 to 12 percent of fired clay, 3 to 9 percent of a sintering aid, 15 to 25 percent of quartz tail mud, 1 to 5 percent of a forming agent and 2 to 8 percent of graphite powder. According to the coal gangue ceramsite and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention, the graphite powder is added in the ceramsite preparation process and calcined at the same time, so that the overall strength of the ceramsite is effectively improved,and meanwhile, the chemical stability of the ceramsite is also improved.
