Coal gangue ceramsite and preparation method thereof
The invention provides coal gangue ceramsite and a preparation method thereof. The coal gangue ceramsite is prepared from main raw materials and a sintering aid, and the main raw materials comprise coal gangue powder, clay powder, shale powder, quicklime powder and a foaming agent. The preparation method of the coal gangue ceramsite comprises the following steps: (1) materials preparing; (2) material mixing: uniformly mixing the coal gangue powder, the clay powder, the shale powder, the quicklime powder and the sintering aid according to the proportion to obtain mixed powder, adding deionized water into the mixed powder, then adding a foaming agent, stirring and standing to obtain a mixed material; (3) granulating: extruding the mixed material into strips, and then drying, crushing and screening to obtain dried particles; and (4) roasting: roasting the dried particles, taking out, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain the coal gangue ceramsite. The coal gangue ceramsite can be continuously and effectively used in biological sewage treatment, is used as a filter material biofilm carrier, and is good in effect and durable in use.
本发明提供一种煤矸石陶粒及其制备方法。本发明中的煤矸石陶粒由主要原料和烧结助剂制得，其中，主要原料包括煤矸石粉、粘土粉、页岩粉、生石灰粉以及发泡剂。本发明中的煤矸石陶粒的制备方法，包括以下步骤：(1)备料；(2)混料，按照配比，将煤矸石粉、粘土粉、页岩粉、生石灰粉以及烧结助剂均匀混合，得到混合粉料，再向该混合粉料中加入去离子水，然后加入发泡剂，搅拌，静置，得到混合物料；(3)造粒，将混合物料挤压成条，然后干燥、破碎并筛分，得到干燥的颗粒；(4)焙烧，将干燥的颗粒进行焙烧，取出，自然冷却至室温，得到煤矸石陶粒。本发明能够持续有效用于污水生物处理中，作为滤料生物膜载体，效果好，经久耐用。
