Cross-linked ester-ether copolymerized polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a cross-linked ester-ether copolymerized polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent and a preparation method thereof. The cross-linked ester-ether copolymerized polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent comprises the following raw material components: a polyether macromonomer, an esterification monomer, a cross-linking agent, a small monomer, an initiator, a chain transfer agent, a reducing agent, a catalyst and a polymerization inhibitor. The method comprises the following steps: preparing esterified macromonomers; then, subjecting the two kinds of esterification macromonomers with different molecular weights, a novel polyether macromonomer that is ethylene glycol monovinyl polyethylene glycol (EPEG), unsaturated acid, the cross-linking agent, the initiator, the chain transfer agent, the reducing agent and the like to aqueous solution free radical copolymerization and cross-linking to obtain a polycarboxylate water reducing agent having a three-dimensional stereoscopic network structure. Because of the special molecular structure, the water reducing agent has good concrete workability, excellent slump loss resistance and low sensitivity to machine-made sand.
