A round hole is formed in the positioning block. A perpendicularity adjusting structure is arranged in the round hole and comprises a first annularblock. The side edge of the first annular block is fixed to a first connecting rod. A groove is formed in the positioning block. A second annular block is arranged in the first annular block. The sideedge of the second annular block is fixed to a second connecting rod. A third annular block is fixed to the second annular block. A fourth annular block is arranged in the pile hole. An annular railis fixed to the fourth annular block, and a third hydraulic cylinder slides on the annular rail. The device aims to solve the problem that reverse building method supporting columns are low in perpendicularity accuracy and high in column top elevation error.
